Francesco Celestino, originally from Camigliatello Silano, Italy, moved to Canada and laid roots with his young family.

Francesco brings a taste of Italy to his new hometown in Barrie, Ontario through his small business, Lasagna Barrie, where he makes handcrafted, ready-made Italian cuisine that packs a punch in the flavour department.
